Abstract

Background: Hypertension is one of the leading contributors to cardiovascular morbidity and mortality worldwide. Long-term adherence to antihypertensive medication is essential for achieving optimal blood pressure control and preventing complications. However, poor medication adherence remains a significant challenge in clinical practice.Objective: To evaluate medication adherence among patients with hypertension and identify factors associated with poor adherence
